Disconnect the negative battery terminal.
Remove the head lamp assembly after removing 3 bolts.
Tightening torque Head lamp mounting bolt 3-5 Nm (30-50 kg·cm, 2.2-3.7 lb·ft) |
Installation is the reverse of removal.
Disconnect the negative battery terminal.
Remove the head lamp assembly after removing 3 bolts.
Remove the ballast after removing 3 screws.
Remove the dust cover after removing 3 screws.
Disconnect the ignitor from the HID bulb.
After replacement of HID bulb, install the bulb fitting a groove.
Disconnect the negative battery terminal.
Remove the rear luggage cover and remove the mounting nuts (4EA).
Tightening torque Rear combination lamp mounting nuts 2-2.5 Nm (20-25 kg·cm, 1.47-1.84 lb·ft) |
Remove the lamp assembly and disconnect the wire connectors.
Installation is the reverse of removal.
Disconnect the negative battery terminal.
Detach the lamp lens with a flat-bladed screwdriver.
Disconnect the connector from the roof harness.

Disconnect the negative battery terminal.
Remove the door trim panel.
Disconnect the wire harness connector.
Installation is the reverse of removal.
Disconnect the negative battery terminal.
Remove the luggage trim from the trunk lid.
Disconnect the connector from the bulb holder.
Installation is the reverse of removal.
Remove the headlamp relay from the relay box in the engine compartment.
Check for continuity between terminals on the relay.
Remove the flasher unit from the relay box in the passenger compartment.
Connect the positive (+) lead from the battery to terminal 2 and the negative (-) lead to terminal 3.
Connect the two turn signal lamps in parallel to terminals 2 and 3. Check that the bulbs turn on and off.
The turn signal lamps should flash 60 to 120 times per minute. If one of the front or rear turn signal lamps has an open circuit, the number of flashes will be more than 120 per minute. If operationis not as specified, replace the flasher unit.
Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.
Detach the hazard lamp switch from the center facia panel.
Operate the switch and check for continuity between terminals with an ohmmeter.
Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.
Disconnect the rheostat connector from the crash pad lower panel.
Check for intensity. If the light intensity of the lamps changes smoothly without any flickering when the rheostat is turned, it can be assumedthat the rheostat is normal.
Disconnect the negative battery terminal.
After opening the trunk, disconnect the connector from the rear harness.
Check for continuity between the terminal and body while pushing the rod.

Disconnect the negative battery terminal.
Remove the lower crash pad.
Disconnect the wire connector from the stop lamp switch.
Remove the nut holding stop lamp switch.
Check for continuity between the terminal and body while pushing the rod.
