Straighten the end of new antenna rod cable to the opposite direction of bent.

Before inserting the cable into the container, check the direction of cable to be spiraled in the container.
Remove the power antenna rod mounting nut and the insulator.
Pull out the antenna rod by force with the radio on.
Straighten the end of new antenna rod cable to the opposite direction of bent.
Before inserting the cable into the container, check the direction of cable to be spiraled in the container.
Insert the cable into the container in the direction of spiral.
Repeat the radio switch ON/OFF to insert the cable into the container completely.
Reinstall the insulator and rod mounting nut.
Check if the antenna rod is operating properly by turning ON and OFF the radio switch.
Disconnect the 3P connector from the motor.
Check battery voltage is measured between terminal 1 and terminal 3 at all time.
Check if the battery voltage is measured between terminal 2 and terminal 3 when ignition switch and audio switch is turned on.
Connect battery source to terminal 1 and terminal 2 of component side and check that motor operates (Antenna moves up).
Then, disconnect battery source from terminal 2 and check that motor operates (Antenna moves down).
