Remove the ICM relay box to check the windshield deicer relay.
Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.
Remove the ICM relay box to check the windshield deicer relay.
There should be continuity between the No.1 and No.10 terminals when power and ground are connected to the No.2 and No.10 terminals in the ICM-A.
There should be no continuity between the No.1 and No.10 terminals when power is disconnected.
