Remove the battery negative and the cruise control cable from the throttle assembly by turning the throttle lever to the full-open position.

Remove the auto-cruise control cable. (Refer to Cruise Control System - Cruise Control Cable)

Remove the actuator and unit assembly(A) mounting bolt.

Installation is the reverse order of removal.
