Alternator circuit check
(1)
Key "OFF".
(2)
Disconnect alternator connector.
(3)
Key "ON".
(4)
Measure the voltage between terminal 1/E50 of alternator harness connector and chassis ground.
Measure the voltage between terminal 1, 2/CGG06 of alternator harness connector and chassis ground.

Specification : 12 V
2)
Specification : 10.5~12 V

Is the measured voltage within specification ?
YES
a.
Go to "Component inspection" procedure.
NO
a.
Repair as necessary and then go to "Verification of vehicle Repair" procedure.
