1.
Disconnect the front oxygen sensor connector(A) and the rear one(B).
Tightening torque :
39.2 ~ 49.0N.m (4.0 ~ 5.0kgf.m, 28.9 ~ 36.2lb-ft)
Disconnect the front oxygen sensor connector(A) and the rear one(B).
Tightening torque :
39.2 ~ 49.0N.m (4.0 ~ 5.0kgf.m, 28.9 ~ 36.2lb-ft)
Remove the heat protector(A).
Tightening torque :
16.7 ~ 21.6N.m (1.7 ~ 2.2kgf.m, 12.3 ~ 15.9lb-ft)
Remove the sub heat protector(A).
Tightening torque :
16.7 ~ 21.6N.m (1.7 ~ 2.2kgf.m, 12.3 ~ 15.9lb-ft)
Remove the head cover protector(B).
Tightening torque :
9.8 ~ 11.8N.m (1.0 ~ 1.2kgf.m, 7.2 ~ 8.7lb-ft)
Remove the front muffler(A).
Tightening torque :
39.2 ~ 58.8N.m (4.0 ~ 6.0kgf.m, 28.9 ~ 43.4lb-ft)
Remove the exhaust manifold assembly stay(A).
Tightening torque :
Bolts : 39.2 ~ 49.0N.m (4.0 ~ 5.0kgf.m, 28.9 ~ 36.2lb-ft)
Remove the exhaust manifold(A) with its gasket.
Tightening torque :
29.4~ 41.2N.m (3.0 ~ 4.2kgf.m, 21.7 ~ 30.4lb-ft)
To install, reverse the removal order with a new gasket.
Disconnect the front oxygen sensor connector(A) and the rear one(B).
Tightening torque :
39.2 ~ 49.0N.m (4.0 ~ 5.0kgf.m, 28.9 ~ 36.2lb-ft)
Remove the heat protector(A).
Tightening torque :
16.7 ~ 21.6N.m (1.7 ~ 2.2kgf.m, 12.3 ~ 15.9lb-ft)
Remove the sub heat protector(A).
Tightening torque :

Remove the head cover protector(B).
Tightening torque :
9.8 ~ 11.8N.m (1.0 ~ 1.2kgf.m, 7.2 ~ 8.7lb-ft)
Remove the front muffler(A).
Tightening torque :
39.2 ~ 58.8N.m (4.0 ~ 6.0kgf.m, 28.9 ~ 43.4lb-ft)
Remove the exhaust manifold assembly stay(A).
Tightening torque :
Bolts : 39.2 ~ 49.0N.m (4.0 ~ 5.0kgf.m, 28.9 ~ 36.2lb-ft)
Remove the exhaust manifold(A) with its gasket.
Tightening torque :
29.4~ 41.2N.m (3.0 ~ 4.2kgf.m, 21.7 ~ 30.4lb-ft)
To install, reverse the removal order with a new gasket.
