General Description

The clutch switch is used for the Hill start Assist Control function.

DTC Description

If the wrong reverse gear signal has been set for a certain period of time, a failure is recognized.

[A/T] HECU receives reverse gear switch signal from TCM via C-CAN.

[M/T] Cluster receives back up lamp signal from IPS(Intelligent Power Switch System) via B-CAN and sends it to HECU via C-CAN.

Enable Conditions

While reverse gear switch and clutch switch are not set, the vehicle moves backward over a speed of 60kph.

While reverse gear switch is set and clutch switch is not set, the vehicle moves forward over a speed of 60kph.

Fail-Safe

Inhibit the HAC control and allow the ABS/EBD/ESP control.

The HAC warning lamp is activated.
