Remove the front muffler(A).
Tightening torque :
39.2 ~ 58.8N.m (4.0 ~ 6.0kgf.m, 28.9 ~ 43.4lb-ft)
Disconnect the battery negative terminal.
Disconnect the oxygen sensor connectors.
Remove the front muffler(A).
Tightening torque :
39.2 ~ 58.8N.m (4.0 ~ 6.0kgf.m, 28.9 ~ 43.4lb-ft)
Remove the heat protector(A).
Tightening torque :
9.8 ~ 11.8N.m (1.0 ~ 1.2kgf.m, 7.2 ~ 8.7lb-ft)
Remove the stay (A) and then remove the exhaust manifold(B) with its gasket.
Tightening torque :
Manifold nuts : 29.4~ 41.2N.m (3.0 ~ 4.2kgf.m, 21.7 ~ 30.4lb-ft)
Bolts : 39.2 ~ 49.0N.m (4.0 ~ 5.0kgf.m, 28.9 ~ 36.2lb-ft)
When installing, replace with a new gasket.
When installing the intake manifold, tighten the nuts with pre-torque first, and then tighten the nuts with specified torque in the sequence shown.
To install, reverse the removal order with a new gasket.
