Monitor GDS Data
1.

Connect GDS with "DATA LINK CONNECTOR"(DLC).

2.

Warm engine up to normal operating temperature.

3.

Warm up the engine until "O2S TEMPERATURE" reaches 780℃.(Approx. for 10 min at normal temperature)

4.

Monitor "O2S TEMPERATURE" and "O2S HEATER DUTY" with GDS.

Specification : "O2S TEMPERATURE" is maintained around 774℃~ 786℃ and "O2S HEATER DUTY" is changeable between 2 ~ 98% at idle.

☞ "O2S HEATER DUTY" is controlled by ECM up to 100% with IG key ON, Engine OFF when "O2S TEMPERATURE" is quite lower than 780℃, target temperature. "O2S TEMPERATURE" increases to 780℃ after starting, "O2S HEATER DUTY" is changeable within 2 ~ 98% in order to keep "O2S TEMPERATURE" within 774℃~ 786℃. During the acceleration / Deceleration, "O2S TEMPERATURE" is momentarily increased to over 786℃ or under 774℃. If "O2S TEMPERATURE" is out of 774℃~786℃ or "O2S HEATER DUTY" is controlled as 0%, there may be some faulty on the lambda sensor.
