Once IPM receives rear left turn signal lamp switch working signal, it sends the signal to RAM by CAN communition. RAM makes rear left turn signal lamp flickering.
This code is set when rear left turn signal lamp circuit is shotted to ground for more than 150ms during rear left turn signal lamp operating.
