1.
Install the O-ring (A).
Install the O-ring (A).
Install the water temperature control assembly (A).
Tightening torque :
16.7 ~ 19.6N.m (1.7 ~ 2.0kgf.m, 12.3 ~ 14.5lb-ft)
The protrusion of the gasket must be face the front of the engine.
Install the throttle body. (Refer to FL group)
Reconnect the PCV hose (A), the PCSV hose (B) and the water hoses (C) to the intake manifold module and the throttle body.
Reconnect the ETC module connector (A).
Install the air duct (A) and the air cleaner assembly (B).
Tightening torque :
9.8 ~ 11.8Nm (1.0 ~ 1.2kgf.m, 7.2 ~ 8.7lb-ft)
Install the radiator grill upper guard (A).
Install the engine cover (A).
Reconnect the negative terminal from the battery.
Fill the radiator with coolant and check for leaks.
