First of all check damage of harness and terminals : Check terminals for contact resistance, corrosion and deformation.
If main relay (Engine control relay) is NOT operated although IG KEY "ON" signal is input to ECM normally.
IG power can NOT be supplied to ECM, sensor and actuator (Engine Malfunction indicator lamp on the cluster is NOT "ON").
IG KEY "OFF", ENGINE "OFF"
After approx. 10 seconds later disconnect the main relay.
Measure the voltage of terminals of the main relay.
※ If battery power is not supplied at main relay terminal "30" and "86".
▶ Terminal '30' : Replace the FAM module
▶ Terminal '85' : Repair the 7.5A power train fuse open on the FAM
IG KEY "OFF", ENGINE "OFF".
Disconnect ECM connector.
Measure the voltage of main relay control terminal on the ECM connector after disconnecting the main relay.
Refer to "ECM connector inspection" of detail inspections (Equipment settings).
☞ Main relay is connected : IG power is supplied (11.5V~13.0V)
☞ Main relay is disconnected : IG power is NOT supplied (below 2.0V)

Connect main relay control terminal on the ECM connector to chassis ground directly using jump wire when the main relay is connected.
☞ When main relay control terminal is connected to chassis ground directly, the main relay is operated.
☞ If the Main relay is not operated, Go to 'Main relay inspection' procedure.
Check the voltage of main relay control terminal on the ECM connector, When main relay control terminal is connected to chassis ground directly (Main relay is operated).
☞ When main relay control terminal is connected to chassis ground directly (Main relay is operated) : 11.5 V~13.0 V
☞ When main relay control terminal is NOT connected to chassis ground directly (Main relay is NOT operated) : Below 0.2 V
