Cluster Fascia Replacement
note

When prying with a flat-up screwdriver, wrap it with protective tape, and apply protective tape around the related parts, to prevent damage.

Put on gloves to protect your hands.

1.

Using a hole (B), remove the crash pad side cover (A).

2.

After loosening the mounting screws, remove the lower panel (A).

3.

Disconnect the connector (A) and (B).

4.

After loosening the mounting screws, remove the switch assembly (A).

5.

Disconnect the connectors (A).

6.

Remove the cover (A).

7.

Disconnect the connector (A).

8.

Tilt the steering column down.

9.

Remove the cluster fascia panel (A).

10.

Disconnect the trip sensor connector (A),

11.

After loosening the mounting screws, remove the cluster fascia (A).

12.

Disconnect the connectors (A).

13.

Installation is the reverse the removal.

note

Make sure the connector are connected in properly.

Lower Panel Replacement
1.

Using a hole (B), remove the crash pad side cover (A).

2.

After loosening the crash pad lower panel mounting screws, remove the lower panel (A).

3.

Disconnect the connector (A) and (B).

4.

After loosening the mounting bolts, remove the reinforcing panel (A).

5.

Installation is the reverse of removal.

Heater Control Unit Replacement
1.

Using a hole (B), remove the center fascia garnish (A).

2.

Remove the center air vent (A).

3.

Disconnect the connector (A).

4.

After loosening the audio assembly mounting screws, then remove the audio assembly (A).

5.

Disconnect the connectors (A).

6.

After loosening the heater control mounting screws, remove the heater control unit (A).

7.

Disconnect the connectors (A).

8.

Installation is the reverse of removal.

note

Make sure the connector are connected in properly.

Audio Assembly Replacement
1.

Remove the center fascia garnish (A).

2.

Remove the center air vent (A).

3.

Disconnect the connector (A).

4.

After loosening the audio assembly mounting screws, then remove the audio assembly (A).

5.

Disconnect the connectors (A).

6.

Installation is the reverse of removal.

Make sure the connector are connected in properly.

DVD Replacement
1.

After loosening the mounting screws, then remove the cover (A),

2.

Disconnect the connectors (A).

3.

After loosening the mounting screws, then remove the DVD (A).

4.

Disconnect the connector (A).

5.

Installation is the reverse of removal.

Center Speaker Replacement
1.

Using a hole (B), remove the center fascia garnish (A).

2.

Remove the center air vent (A).

3.

Disconnect the connector (A).

4.

After loosening the mounting screws,remove the grill (A).

5.

After loosening the mounting screws, remove the speaker (A).

6.

Installation is the reverse of removal.

Glove Box Replacement
1.

Disconnect the damper (B) from the glove box (A).

2.

Remove the glove box (A) from the lift (B).

3.

Disconnect the pine (A), then remove the glove ox (B).

4.

Using a hole (B), remove the crash pad side cover (A).

5.

After loosening the mounting screws, remove the crash pad side garnish (A).

6.

After loosening the mounting screws, remove the glove box housing (A).

7.

Disconnect the connector (A).

8.

After loosening the mounting screws, then remove the glove box lower cover (A).

9.

Disconnect the connector (A).

10.

Installation is the reverse of removal.

Shroud Replacement
1.

Loosen the screws.

2.

Remove the shroud assembly (A).

3.

Disconnect the connector (A).

4.

Installation is the reverse of removal.

Audio assembly

D.

Glove box

E.

Crash pad side cover

F.

Front pillar trim

2.

Disconnect the passenger`s air bag connector (A).

3.

Remove the assist handle (A).

4.

Remove the front pillar trim (B).

5.

Loosen the bolts and nuts, remove the crash pad (B).

6.

Remove the connector clip (A).

7.

Installation is the reverse of removal.

note

Make sure the crash pad fits onto the guide pins correctly.

Before tightening the bolts, make sure the crash pad wire harnesses are not pinched.

Make sure the connectors are plugged in properly, and the antenna lead is connected properly.

Enter the anti- theft code for the radio, then enter the customer`s radio station presets.
