Is the measured value within specification?
 | ▶ Go to "VSA position sensor waveform inspection" procedure. |
 | ▶ Repair ACV, and go to "Verification of Vehicle Repair" procedure. |
IG key OFF.
Disconnect ACV connector.
Check resistance between power and ground terminal of ACV connector. (ACV component side)
Specification : approx. 6.9 kΩ (20℃)
Is the measured value within specification?
| ▶ Go to "VSA position sensor waveform inspection" procedure. |
| ▶ Repair ACV, and go to "Verification of Vehicle Repair" procedure. |
Warm the engine up. (engine temperature over 70℃)
Connect one probe of oscilloscope to 'signal' terminal of ACV connector. (ACV component side)
IG key "OFF" when the engine coolant temperature is above 70℃
Monitor the signal waveform of learning right after IG key "OFF"

Fig.2) Signal when Key "ON" → "OFF"
※ Opne and close repeats 3times for ACV position learning when IG key OFF and engine coolant temperature is over 70℃.
