Is the measured value within specification?
 | ▶ Go to "VSA position sensor waveform inspection" procedure. |
 | ▶ Replaces VSA, and go to "Verification of Vehicle Repair" procedure. |
IG key OFF.
Disconnect VSA connector.
Check resistance between 'F/B Supply' terminal and 'F/B Ground' terminal of VSA connector. (VSA component side)
Specification : approx. 4.14 kΩ (20℃)
Is the measured value within specification?

| ▶ Replaces VSA, and go to "Verification of Vehicle Repair" procedure. |
Warm the engine up. (engine temperature over 70℃)
Connect one prove of oscilloscope to 'F/B signal' terminal of VSA connector. (VSA component side)
IG key "OFF" when the engine coolant temperature is above 70℃
Monitor the signal waveform of learning after IG key "OFF" (Refer to "Signal Waveform" in "General Information")
