Monitor Scantool Data
1.

Connect scantool to data link connector(DLC)

2.

Engine "ON" .

3.

Monitor the "TCC SOL. VALVE" parameter on the scantool.

4.

Select "D RANGE" and Operate the vehicle in 5th gear.

5.

Check "TCC SOL. VALVE" parameter value changes while driving.

Specification : TCC SLIP<40RPM+ Vsp1/2 (TCCSV current > 6.5A )

Is the measured "TCC SLIP(DAMPER CLUTCH SL.RPM)" within specifications ?

▶ Fault is intermittent caused by poor contact in the sensor's and/or PCM/TCM's connector or was repaired and PCM/TCM memory was not cleared. Throughly check connectors for looseness, poor connection, bending, corrosion, contamination, deterioration or damage.Repair or replace as necessary and go to "verification of vehicle repair" procedure.

▶ Go to "W/Harness Inspection" procedure.
