Remove the heater and blower unit (A) from cowl cross bar assembly.
Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.
Remove the crush pad.(Refer to BD group-crashpad)
Remove the cowl cross bar assembly.
(Refer to BD group-crashpad)
Remove the heater and blower unit (A) from cowl cross bar assembly.
Remove the blower unit (A) from the heater unit after loosening a mounting bolt and 3 screws.
Make sure that there is no air leaking out of the blower and duct joints.
Installation is the reverse order of removal.
