Check for resistance between No.2 and No.3 terminals in each switch position.

Remove the driver airbag module.
(Refer to Restraint group – “Airbag Module”)
Remove the steering wheel.
(Refer to Steering System – “Steering Column and Shaft”)
Remove the steering wheel cover (A) after loosening the screws (4EA).
Remove the audio remote control switch(B) after disconnecting the connector(A).
Install the audio remote control switch to the steering wheel.
Install the steering wheel.
Reconnect the audio remote control switch connector and airbag connectors.
Make sure the speaker connectors are plugged in properly.
Install the driver airbag module.
