Once IPM receives windshield defog switch working signal, it sends the signal to FAM by CAN communition. FAM performs a defogging function by operating windshield defog relay.
This code is set when FAM detects windshield defog relay not working even thought relay working condition is met. (relay fuse open, faulty relay, faulty relay operating IC)
