Removal
1.

Turn ignition switch OFF and disconnect the negative (-) battery cable.

2.

Remove the floor console. (Refer to Body group-Console)

3.

Draw the front tunnel pad (B) back after disconnectiong fixing clip(A) for wiring harness.

4.

Remove the Longitudinal G sensor mounting nuts (A).

Tightening torque:

4.9 ~ 6.8 N.m (0.5 ~ 0.7 kgf.m, 3.6 ~ 5.1 Ib-ft)

5.

Disconnect the Longitudinal G sensor connector (B).

6.

Installation is the reverse of removal.

note

If you replace Longitudinal G sensor, Steering Wheel Angle Sensor (SAS) should be performed calibration. (Refer to Steering Wheel Angle Sensor in BR group.)
