Secondary (R/H)
Seat Assembly Replacement
1.

Remove the seat belt mounting bolt (A).

2.

Loosen the mounting bolt, remove the secondary seat assembly (A).

3.

Disconnect the connector (A).

4.

Installation is the reverse of removal.

Seat Cushion Cover Replacement
1.

Remove the cover (A).

2.

Loosen the seat cushion (A) mounting bolts.

3.

Remove the cover (A).

4.

After loosening the mounting bolts,remove the seat cushion (A).

5.

Disconnect the scuff bend (A) and hogring clips (B).

6.

Installation is the reverse of removal.

Seat Back Cover Replacement
1.

Remove the recliner lever (A).

2.

Disconnect the recliner cable (A).

3.

Remove the recliner lever (B).

4.

Remove the recliner lever (A).

5.

Remove the recliner cover (A).

6.

Remove the back panel (A).

7.

Disconnect the protectors (A).

8.

Remove the headrest and headrest guide (A).

9.

After removing the hogring clips on seat back and remove the seat back cover (A).

10.

Installation is the reverse of removal.

Secondary Seat (L/H)
Seat Chusion Cover Replacement
1.

Remove the cover (A).

2.

Loosen the mounting bolt, remove the secondary seat assembly (A).

3.

Remove the cover (A).

4.

After loosening the mounting bolt, then remove the cushion (A).

5.

Disconnect the scuff bends (A) and hogring clips (B).

6.

After removing the hogring clip on seat cushion and remove the seat cushion cover (A).

7.

Installation is the reverse of removal.

Seat Back Cover Replacement
1.

Remove the cover (A).

2.

Loosen the mounting screws, then remove the cover (A).

3.

Remove the recliner mounting bracket (A).

4.

Remove the cover (A).

5.

Remove the recliner lever (A).

6.

Disconnect the recliner cable (A).

7.

Remove the recliner lever (B).

8.

Remove the seat back panel (A).

9.

Remove the headrest and headrest guide (A).

10.

Disconnect the protectors (A).

11.

Remove the cover (A).

12.

Remove the headrest guide (A).

13.

Remove the cover (A).

14.

After loosening the mounting bolt, remove the armrest (A).

15.

After removing the hogring clip on seat back and remove the seat back cover (A).

16.

After loosening the mounting screws, then remove the armrest cover (A).

17.

Remove the seat back frame (A).

18.

Installation is the reverse of removal.

Third Seat
Seat Assembly Replacement
1.

Remove the extinguisher and tool (A).

2.

After loosening the mounting screw, remove the luggage floor box (A).

3.

Disconnect the connectors (B).

4.

Remove the amp assembly (A).

5.

Loosen the mounting bolts, remove the third seat assembly (A).

6.

Installation is the reverse of removal.

Seat Back Cover Replacement
1.

Remove the third seat assembly.

2.

After loosening the mounting screw, remove the recliner lever cover (A).

3.

Remove the seat back panel (A).

4.

Disconnect the scuff bands (A).

5.

Remove the headrest and headrest guide (B).

6.

Disconnect the hogring clips on the front of seat back, remove the seat back cover (A).

7.

Installation is the reverse of removal.

Seat Cushion Cover Replacement
1.

Remove the third seat assembly.

2.

Remove the cover (A).

3.

Remove the mounting bolt (A).

4.

Loosen the mounting bolt, remove the seat cushion assembly (A).

5.

Disconnect the scuff band (A).

6.

Disconnect the hogring clip on the front of seat cushion, remove the seat cushion cover (A).

7.

Installation is the reverse of removal.

Recliner Lever Replacement
1.

Remove the seat back panel.

2.

Remove the recliner lever (A).

3.

Disconnect the recliner cable (A).

4.

Installation is the reverse of removal.
