Apply liquid gasket on the upper oil pan assembly shown as below.
Bead width : Ø 3.0 mm (0.012 in.)
Liquid gasket : LOCTITE 5900 or equivalent
Apply sealant cautiously to prevent sealant from coming in the oil pan during installation.
After applying sealant, assemble the oil pan in five minutes.
Tighten the upper oil pan mounting bolts with the order and the specified torque below.
Tightening torque
No.1~19 bolt : 9.8 ~ 11.8N.m (1.0 ~ 1.2kgf.m, 7.2 ~ 8.7lb-ft)
No.20, 21 bolt : 29.4 ~ 33.3Nm (3.0 ~ 3.4kgf.m, 21.7 ~ 24.6lb-ft)

Bead width : Ø 3.0 mm (0.012 in.)
Liquid gasket : LOCTITE 5900 or equivalent
Apply sealant cautiously to prevent sealant from coming in the oil pan during installation.
After applying sealant, assemble the oil pan in five minutes.
Tighten the lower oil pan mounting bolts with the order and the specified torque below.
Tightening torque :
9.8 ~ 11.8N.m (1.0 ~ 1.2kgf.m, 7.2 ~ 8.7lb-ft)
