Remove the Intake CVVT assembly (A) and Exhaust camshaft sprocket (B).
caution
When removing the CVVT assembly bolt and camshaft sprocket bolt, prevent the camshaft from rotating by using a wrench at position (A).
Remove the cylinder head cover.
(Refer to Cylinder Head Assembly - "Cylinder Head Cover")
Remove the timing chain cover.
(Refer to Timing System - "Timing Chain Cover")
Remove the timing chain.
(Refer to Timing System - "Timing Chain")
Remove the Intake CVVT assembly (A) and Exhaust camshaft sprocket (B).
