Remove the water pump pulley (A).
Tightening torque :
9.8 ~ 11.7 N.m (1.0 ~ 1.2kgf.m, 7.2 ~ 8.7 Ib-ft)
Remove the engine under cover.
Drain the engine coolant.
(Refer to Cooling System - "Coolant")
Install the jack to the oil pan.
Remove the engine mounting support bracket.
(Refer to Engine and Transaxle assembly - "Engine Mounting")
Remove the drive belt.
(Refer to Timing system - "Drive Belt")
Remove the water pump pulley (A).
Tightening torque :
9.8 ~ 11.7 N.m (1.0 ~ 1.2kgf.m, 7.2 ~ 8.7 Ib-ft)
Remove the water pump (A).
Tightening torque :
19.6 ~ 24.5 N.m (2.0 ~ 2.5 kgf.m, 14.5 ~ 18.1 Ib-ft)
When Installing the water pump, replaced to the new O-ring.
Install in the reverse order of removal.
Fill with engine coolant.
(Refer to Cooling System - "Coolant").
Start engine and check for leaks.
Recheck engine coolant level.
