Connect GDS to Data Link Connector(DLC).
Engine "ON" and Head lamp "ON".
Clear the DTC.
Ignition "OFF".
Engine "ON" and Head lamp "ON".
Connect GDS and selet "Diagnostic Trouble Codes(DTC)" mode and Read "DTC Status" parameter.
Is the DTC B1622 present ?

![]() | ▶ Fault is intermittent caused by poor contact in the sensor's and/or AFLS ECU's connector or was repaired and AFLS ECU memory was not cleared. Thoroughly check connectors for looseness, poor connection, bending, corrosion, contamination, deterioration, or damage. Repair or replace as necessary and go to "Verification of vehicle Repair" procedure. |

"Download to correct parameter" on the "Vehicle S/W Management" with GDS. When AFLS ECU replace.

Park at lever land
Vehicle speed ≤ 5km/h
Engine r.p.m > 500rpm
Connect GDS
CAN communication is normal status
Battery voltage > 10.5V
Headlamp S/W ON, AFLS ON
① Parameter Download
② Calibration
③ Clear "DTC"
④ Confirm the Headlamp movement through the "Actuation Test".
