P2033 is set when the Exhaust gas temperature sensor(EGTS) - CPF signal is detected over maximum set temperature(900℃),- In case that exhaust gas temperature on the rear side of CPF is abnormally increased -, for more than 1sec. Therefore, check component or vehicle is driven in severe driving condition. or Check that HC gas is flown to catalyst converter at front side of CPF which is resulting from low compression ratio and faulty in/exhaust valve or backleak at injector nozzle.
*. In case that real exhaust gas temperature reaches up to 900℃, engine and exhaust line(Turbo charger), CPF can be damaged.
