Ignition switch "OFF"
Connect GDS to Data Link Connector (DLC).
Ignition switch "ON" & Engine "ON"
Operate LDWS switch.
Monitor "Master Switch Status" parameter in "Current Data" with GDS.
Specification : Refer to figures below
Fig.1) LDWS switch status current data when LDWS switch is not pushed.
Fig.2) LDWS switch status current data when LDWS switch is pushed.
Is the parameter displayed within specification?
![]() | ▶ Fault might be intermittent and caused either by poor contact in connectors or wiring harness, or it has been repaired and control module memory is not cleared yet. Thoroughly check terminal of battery, all connectors ( and connections) for looseness, bending, corrosion, contamination, deterioration, and/or damage. ▶ Repair or replace as necessary and then go to "Verification of Vehicle Repair" procedure. |

Operate LDWS switch.
Check the LDWS indicator on the Cluster.
