Many malfunctions in the electrical system are caused by poor harness(es) and terminals. Faults can also be caused by interference from other electrical systems, and mechanical or chemical damage.

Thoroughly check connectors for looseness, poor connection, bending, corrosion, contamination, deterioration, or damage.

Has a problem been found?

	▶ Repair as necessary and go to "Verification of Vehicle Repair" procedure.
	▶ Go to "Static Bending Lamp LH Circuit Inspection" procedure.

IG "OFF", disconnect battery (-) terminal.

Disconnect the SJB(Smart Junction Box) and Static Bending Lamp LH connector.

Measure resistance between Pin No.8(Power) of the SJB(Smart Junction Box) harness connector and chassis ground.

Is the measured resistance within specification?

	▶ Carefully re-do this troubleshooting guide steps. ▶ If problem still occurs, replace the SJB(Smart Junction Box) and then go to "Verification of Vechicle Repair" procedure.
	▶ Repair short to ground in circuit of Static Bending Lamp LH, and go to "Verification of Vehicle Repair" procedure.
