Many malfunctions in the electrical system are caused by poor harness(es) and terminals. Faults can also be caused by interference from other electrical systems, and mechanical or chemical damage.

Thoroughly check connectors for looseness, poor connection, bending, corrosion, contamination, deterioration, or damage.

Has a problem been found?

	▶ Repair as necessary and go to "Verification of Vehicle Repair" procedure.
	▶ Go to "Dedicated DRL Lamp RH Circuit Inspection" procedure.

IG "OFF", disconnect battery (-) terminal.

Disconnect the SJB(Smart Junction Box) and Dedicated DRL Lamp RH connector.

Measure resistance between Pin No. 8(Power) of the SJB(Smart Junction Box) harness connector and chassis ground.

Is the measured resistance within specification?

	▶ Carefully re-do this troubleshooting guide steps. ▶ If problem still occurs, replace the SJB(Smart Junction Box) and then go to "Verification of Vechicle Repair" procedure.
	▶ Repair short to ground in circuit of the RH DRL lamp, and go to "Verification of Vehicle Repair" procedure.
