Many malfunctions in the electrical system are caused by poor harness and terminals.
Faults can also be caused by interference from other electrical systems, and mechanical or chemical damage.
Thoroughly check all connectors (and connections) for looseness, bending, corrosion, contamination, deterioration, and/or damage.

IG "OFF" & Disconnect HO2S(S2) connector.
IG "ON".
Measure voltage between Pin No.3(power) terminal of HO2S(S2) harness connector and chassis ground.
Specification : Approx 12V
Is the measured voltage within specification ?

IG "OFF" & Disconnect HO2S(S2) connector.
IG "ON".
Measure voltage between Pin No.4(Control) terminal of HO2S(S2) harness connector and chassis ground.
Specification : Approx 3.3V
Is the measured voltage within specification ?
