Perform "Actuation Test" for OCV.

Refer to Figure below (Also, operating sound(Clicking sound) is heard)
Connect GDS to Data Link Connector(DLC).
IG KEY "ON" & ENG "OFF".
Perform "Actuation Test" for OCV.

IG Key "OFF".
Disconnect OCV-IN connector.
Measure resistance between Pin No.2(Power) terminal and Pin No.1(Control) terminal of the OCV-IN. (Component Side)

Specification : 9.4 ~ 10.4 [20°C(68°F)]
Does the OCV-IN operate properly and is the measured resistence within specification? (Check variation)
 | ▶ Fault is intermittent caused by poor contact in the sensor’s and/or ECM/PCM’s connector or was repaired and ECM/PCM memory was not cleared. Thoroughly check connectors for looseness, poor connection, bending, corrosion, contamination, deterioration, or damage. Repair or replace as necessary and go to "Verification of vehicle Repair" procedure. |
