Many malfunctions in the electrical system are caused by poor harness and terminals. Faults can also be caused by interference from other electrical systems, and mechanical or chemical damage.
Thoroughly check connectors for looseness, poor connection, bending, corrosion, contamination, deterioration, or damage.
Has a problem been found?

Ignition switch "OFF"
Refer to "Shop Manual" and disconnect A/C Pressure Transducer, Accelerator Pedal Position Sensor, Throttle Body and MAP sensor connector.
Ignition switch "ON"
Measure the voltage between Pin No. 3 (Power) terminal of A/C Pressure Transducer harness connector and chassis ground.
Measure the voltage between Pin No. 3 (APS1 power) terminal of Accelerator Pedal Position Sensor harness connector and chassis ground.
Measure the voltage between Pin No. 2 (APS2 power) terminal of Accelerator Pedal Position Sensor harness connector and chassis ground.
Measure the voltage between Pin No. 2 (Power) terminal of Throttle Body harness connector and chassis ground.
Measure the voltage between Pin No. 2 (Power) terminal of MAP sensor harness connector and chassis ground.
Specification : Approx. 5 V
Is the measured value within specification?

Ignition switch "OFF"
Disconnect battery (-) cable.
Refer to "Shop Manual" and disconnect A/C Pressure Transducer, Accelerator Pedal Position Sensor, Throttle Body and MAP sensor connector.
Measure the resistance between Pin No. 3 (Power) terminal of A/C Pressure Transducer harness connector and chassis ground.
Measure the resistance between Pin No. 3 (APS1 power) terminal of Accelerator Pedal Position Sensor harness connector and chassis ground.
Measure the resistance between Pin No. 2 (APS2 power) terminal of Accelerator Pedal Position Sensor harness connector and chassis ground.
Measure the resistance between Pin No. 2 (Power) terminal of Throttle Body harness connector and chassis ground.
Measure the resistance between Pin No. 2 (Power) terminal of MAP sensor harness connector and chassis ground.
Specification : Infinite (∞ Ω)
Is the measured value within specification?
