Have any problems been found?
 | ▶ Repair as necessary and then go to "Verification of Vehicle Repair" procedure. |
 | ▶ Go to "Fuel Pressure Regulator Valve Inspection" procedure. |
Refer to "Shop Manual" and inspect for blockage, leakage, bent or damage on fuel line between low pressure fuel pump and high pressure fuel pump.
Refer to "Shop Manual" and inspect for blockage, leakage, bent or damage on fuel line between high pressure fuel pump and common rail.
Have any problems been found?

Ignition switch "OFF"
Disconnect batter (-) cable.
Refer to "Shop Manual" and disconnect FPCV connector.
Measure the resistance between Pin No. 2 (Power) terminal and Pin No. 1 (Control) terminal of FPCV.
Specification : 4.77 - 5.83Ω (20℃/20℉)
Is the measured value within specification?
| ▶ Go to "Rail Pressure Regulator Valve Inspection" procedure. |
| ▶ Carefully re-do this troubleshooting guide steps. ▶ If no problems were found with the circuits or connectors, replace the FPCV and go to "Verification of Vehicle Repair" procedure. |
