Do not separate the controller (A) and the sensor (B) as they are integrated.
Do not separate the controller (A) and the sensor (B) as they are integrated.
Trun the ignition switch OFF and disconnect the battery (-) terminal.
Lift the vehicle.
Remove the under cover (A).
Disconnect the PM sensor connector (A), and then remove the mounting bolts.
Remove the PM sensor (B).
Install the sensor to the specified torque.
If the sensor is dropped by mistake, check if there is no problem.
Do not use cleaner, spray or grease on the sensing element and connector as it may cause malfunction of sensor.
The sensor or the wiring can be damaged from contact with the exhaust system (Exhaust manifold, Catalytic converter etc.).
Install in the reverse order of removal.
