Turn the ignition switch OFF and disconnect the battery (-) terminal.
Disconnect the DPF differential pressure sensor connector (A).
Disconnect the DPF hoses.
Remove the DPF differential pressure sensor (B) after removing the installation bolt.
Install the components to the specified torques.
Note that internal damage may occur when the component is dropped. In this case, use it after inspecting.
Install in the reverse order of removal.
DPF differential pressure sensor mounting bolt:
6.9 ~ 10.8 N.m (0.7 ~ 1.1 kgf.m, 5.1 ~ 8.0 lb-ft)
Be sure to follow the procedure below when replacing the DPF differential pressure sensor.
Turn the ignition switch OFF.
Connect the GDS to the Data Link Connector (DLC).
Turn the ignition switch ON.
Select "Vehicle, Model year, Engine, System".
Select "Vehicle S/W Management".
Select "Component Change Routine".
Select "Differential Pressure Sensor Change".
Turn the ignition switch OFF and then turn it ON again in 20 seconds.
