Remove the service cover (A).
Turn ignition switch OFF and disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.
Remove or fold the rear seat cushion.
Remove the service cover (A).
Disconnect the fuel pump connector (A).
Disconnect the fuel feed tube quick-connector (B) and the fuel return tube quick-connector (C).
Support the fuel tank on a jack (A).
Disconnect the fuel filler hose (A), and the leveling hose (B).
Unscrew the fuel tank band installation bolts (A), and then remove the fuel tank (B) from the vehicle.
Install in the reverse order of removal.
Fuel tank band mounting bolt:
39.2 ~ 53.9 N.m (4.0 ~ 5.5 kgf.m, 28.9 ~ 39.8 lb-ft)
After removing or replacing the following parts, bleed air in low pressure fuel circuit..
