Installed on bottom end of fuel filter, the Water Sensor detects the presence of water in fuel. When the water level reaches the lower end of the upper electrode, the "WATER" lamp in cluster will flash. If the water level subsides below the lower electrode, the lamp will turn off.
Without the presence of water, the lamp will flash for 2 seconds and turn off to indicate that the system is in normal condition.
