Disconnect the oil cooler hose (A).

When removing and reinstalling the oil cooler hoses, do not apply excessive force as it may cause deformation of cooler nipple resulting in coolant leakage.
Drain the engine oil.
(Refer to Lubrication System - "Engine Oil")
Remove the oil level gauge pipe.
(Refer to Lubrication System - "Oil Level Gauge & Pipe")
Disconnect the oil cooler hose (A).
When removing and reinstalling the oil cooler hoses, do not apply excessive force as it may cause deformation of cooler nipple resulting in coolant leakage.
Disconnect the oil pressure switch connector (A).
Remove the oil filter & cooler assembly (A).
Tightening torque :
19.6 ~ 26.5 N.m (2.0 ~ 2.7 kgf.m, 14.5 ~ 19.5 lb-ft)
When installing the oil filter&cooler assembly, replace the rubber gasket with a new one.
Remove the oil cooler (B) from the oil filter (A).
Tightening torque :
9.8 ~ 11.8 N.m (1.0 ~ 1.2 kgf.m, 7.2 ~ 8.7 lb-ft)
When installing the oil cooler, replace the O-rings with new one.
Install in the reverse order of removal.
