Disconnet the over flow hose (A).
Disconnect the battery negative terminal.
Remove the air cleaner assembly.
(Refer to Intake and exhaust system - "Air Cleaner")
Remove the battery and tray
(Refer to Engine Electrical System - "Battery")
Disconnet the over flow hose (A).
Disconnect the fan motor connector (A).
Remove the filler neck bolts (A).
Tightening torque :
6.9 ~ 10.8 N.m (0.7 ~ 1.1 kgf.m, 5.1 ~ 8.0 lb-ft)
Remove the cooling fan assembly (A).
Tightening torque :
4.9 ~ 7.8N.m (0.5 ~ 0.8kgf.m, 3.6 ~ 5.8lb-ft)
Install in the reverse order of removal.
