Disconnect the ignition coil connector (A).

Remove the ignition coil connector by pulling out the lock pin (A) and pushing the clip (B).
Turn ignition switch OFF and disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.
Remove the engine cover.
Disconnect the ignition coil connector (A).
Remove the ignition coil connector by pulling out the lock pin (A) and pushing the clip (B).
Remove the ignition coil (A) after loosening the mounting bolts.
Install in the reverse order of removal.
Ignition coil mounting bolt:
9.8-11.8 N.m (1.0-1.2 kgf.m, 7.2-8.7 Ib-ft)
Measure the primary coil resistance between terminals 2 and 4.
Standard value: 0.607Ω ± 15% [20°C (68°F)]
