Inspect the glow relay unit under the condition below. If not, glow relay unit assembly might not be operated because of glow plug heat.
Coolant temperature < 60°C
Within 30 seconds after KEY ON
Measure the voltage between glow relay unit assebly connector "G" terminal and battery (-) terminal.

Schematic Diagrams
Turn the ignition switch OFF and disconnect the battery negative (-) terminal.
Remove the air cleaner.
(Refer to Engine Mechanical System - "Air Cleaner")
Remove the mounting nuts and disconnect the connector.
Remove the glow relay unit assembly (A) after loosening the mounting nuts.
Install in the reverse order of removal.
