Disconnect ECTS connector.

3.

Measure resistance between Pin No.3 (signal) terminal and Pin No.1 (ground) terminal of the ECTS. (component side)

Does the ECTS operate properly? (check variation)

▶ Go to "Verification of Vehicle Repair" procedure.

▶ If no problems were found with the circuits or connectors, Replace the ECTS.
