Disconnect the cruise control switch connector from the control switch.
Measure resistance between terminals on the control switch when each function switch is ON (switch is depressed).

If not within specification, replace switch.
Connect the cruise control switch connector to the control switch.
Measure voltage between terminals on the harness side connector when each function switch is ON (switch is depressed).

If not within specification, replace switch.
Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.
Remove the driver airbag module.
(Refer to the RT group)
Remove the steering wheel.
(Refer to the ST group - "Steering column & shaft")
Loosen the mounting screws from the rear steering wheel cover.
Separate the upper steering wheel remote control switch (A) from the steering wheel.
Remove the upper steering wheel control switch (B) disconnecting the connector (A).
Install in the reverse order of removal.
