IG "OFF"
Refer to "Shop Manual" and remove the DPF DPS.
Check corrosion and contamination on DPF DPS.
Check connection of DPF DPS hoses.
Check DPF assembly or DPF DPS stuck.
Check exhaust system leakage.
Have any problem been found?

Ignition Switch "OFF"
Connect GDS to Data Link Connector(DLC).
Ignition Switch "ON" & Engine "ON"
Perform "CPF Service Regeneration (CPF OPT)"of "Vehicle S/W Management" with GDS.
Select "CPF Service Regeneration (CPF OPT)".

Ignition Switch "OFF"
Connect VMI to GDS and perform the oscilloscope.(2 Channel):
Channel A (+) : Pin No. 2 (signal) terminal (DPF DPS connector side)
Channel A (-) : Ground
IG "ON" & Engine "OFF"
Inspection Condition : IG "ON"
Specification : Approx. 1.05V
Is the measured value within specification?
![]() | ▶ Fault is intermittent caused by poor contact in the sensor’s and/or ECM’s connector or was repaired and ECM memory was not cleared. Thoroughly check connectors for looseness, poor connection, bending, corrosion, contamination, deterioration, or damage. Repair or replace as necessary and go to "Verification of vehicle Repair" procedure. |

After replacing DPF DPS, perform "Component Change Routine". Otherwise, problem that performance or emission concerned can be occured from replacing the part.
Ignition Switch "OFF"
Connect GDS to Data Link Connector(DLC).
Ignition Switch "ON" & Engine "OFF"
Perform "Component Change Routine"of "Vehicle S/W Management" with GDS.
Select "Differential Pressure Sensor Change".
