(C) Vehicle speed less than 25 mph(40.2 km/h).

(D) Air mass flow greater than 30kg/h less than 500 kg/h.

Sum of (C) and (D) for 18 sec equal to or greater than 2 times.

Difference of Max ECT and Min ECT less than 0.8~3.0 ℃(33.44~37.4 °F).
