DTC Description

The PCM sets DTC P0266 when the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) detects that the acceleration rate of the crankshaft for Cylinder 2 was less than a calibrated amount. During normal conditions the PCM turns the Fuel Injectors ON and OFF in the Fuel Injection System.

Circuit Monitoring of Upstream O2S Complete.

Threshold value

2 Cylinder A/F deviation is more than 10% or under -10%.

Diagnosis Time

2 sets of lean shift test cycles in cylinder while maintaining global Lambda=1.

MIL On Condition

2 driving cycles.
