Component Inspection
■ Perform OCV Actuation Test
1.

Connect GDS to Data Link Connector(DLC).

2.

IG KEY "ON" & ENG "OFF".

3.

Perform "Actuation Test" for OCV.

■ Inspect OCV
4.

IG Key "OFF".

5.

Disconnect OCV connector.

6.

Measure resistance between Pin No.2(Power) terminal and Pin No.1(Control) terminal of the OCV

■ Confirm Part Inspection
7.

Does the OCV operate properly and is the measured resistence within specification? (Check variation)

▶ Go to "Verification of Vehicle Repair" procedure.

▶ Carefully re-do this troubleshooting guide steps.

▶ If problem still occurs, replace OCV and then go to "Verification of Vechicle Repair" procedure.
