Measure resistance between Pin No. 14 (Cool) terminal and Pin No. 15 (Warm) terminal of A/C control module harness connector.
Specification : Approx. 4.9 kΩ

Ignition "OFF"
Disconnect Battery (-) terminal.
Refer to "Shop Manual" and disconnect A/C Control Module connector.
Measure resistance between Pin No. 14 (Cool) terminal and Pin No. 15 (Warm) terminal of A/C control module harness connector.
Specification : Approx. 4.9 kΩ

Is measured value within specification?
 | ▶ Fault might be intermittent and caused either by poor contact in connectors or wiring harness, or it has been repaired and control module memory is not cleared yet. Thoroughly check terminal of battery, all connectors ( and connections) for looseness, bending, corrosion, contamination, deterioration, and/or damage. ▶ Repair or replace as necessary and then go to "Verification of Vehicle Repair" procedure. |
 | ▶ Repair open in control circuit between Air Mix Motor harness connector and A/C Control Module and then go to "Verification of vehicle Repair" procedure. ▶ Carefully re-do this troubleshooting guide steps. ▶ If problem still occurs, replace Air Mix Motor and then go to "Verification of Vechicle Repair" procedure. |
