Many malfunctions in the electrical system are caused by poor harness and terminals.
Faults can also be caused by interference from other electrical systems, and mechanical or chemical damage.
Thoroughly check all connectors (and connections) for looseness, bending, corrosion, contamination, deterioration, and/or damage.
Has a problem been found?

Ignition "OFF"
Refer to "Shop Manual" and remove necessary parts to get access to A/C control module connector.
Ignition "ON"
Set the temperature to "COOL" position and "WARM" position.
Back probe and measure voltage between Pin No. 14 (Cool) terminal of A/C control module harness conenctor and chassis ground.
Back probe and measure voltage between Pin No. 15 (Warm) terminal of A/C control module harness conenctor and chassis ground.
