Remove the mounting bolt (B), and then remove the crankshaft position sensor.
Check signal waveform of CKPS and CMPS using a GDS.
Specification: Refer to “Waveform”
Turn the ignition switch OFF and disconnect the battery negative (-) terminal.
Disconnect the crankshaft position sensor connector (A).
Lift the vehicle.
Remove the mounting bolt (B), and then remove the crankshaft position sensor.
Install in the reverse order of removal.
Crankshaft position sensor mounting bolt:
7.8 ~ 11.8 N.m (0.8 ~ 1.2 kgf.m, 5.8 ~ 8.7 lb-ft)
